Preparation

Season the chops with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Turn the oven to 180 ° C.
Wash the potatoes and place them on a tray. Sprinkle them with a little coarse salt and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and set aside in a warm place.
Then take the chops to grill on both sides to taste.
Make a sauce with the garlic cloves and finely chop them, as well as coriander to taste, with oil and vinegar.

Place the chops and potatoes on a platter, drizzle them with the sauce.

Serve hot and have a good appetite!
