Preparation

Cut the chicken into pieces that are rubbed with salt mixed with the piri piri and some curry.

Place a pan over a low heat with olive oil and chopped onion and let it brown.

Pour the curry mixed with the coconut and stir well.

Add the chicken pieces and fry until blushing, stirring constantly so as not to catch.
