Preparation

The day before, make a porridge with crushed garlic, salt and paprika, spreading the goat with it.
The next day, cover the bottom of a deep tray with onion cut into thick slices and place the kid on top of them. Place the bacon chips on top of the kid.
Drizzle with wine and add the remaining ingredients, with the exception of parsley.
Bake, preferably in a wood oven.
Accompany with roasted potatoes in quarters and arrange the parsley over the meat.
