I arrange the flour in a shallow dish and the breadcrumbs in another shallow dish. pass the turkey steak through the flour, then the egg and finally, pass through the breadcrumbs and go straight to the pan with hot oil (it is healthier than oil, and as it is for frying it can be used cheaply ). they must pay attention to the thickness of the steaks, they should be thin, because otherwise, despite appearing cooked, they are raw inside.
breads take very little time to cook, so always be careful not to burn them.
As they are ready, I place them on a plate with kitchen paper so that it absorbs the maximum amount of fat in the breadcrumbs.
