Preparation

Cut the beef into cubes.
Add the beef with bone, in pieces, and place in a clay casserole with the remaining ingredients.
Bake at 160º C for approximately 3 hours.
Turn around so as not to burn and let it cook until the meat is well toasted.

  • 2 cloves of India
  • 200 g of beef with bone
  • 200 g of chopped onions
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 50 g of diced bacon
  • 50 g of lard
  • 600 g of clean beef
  • 7 dl of red wine
  • peppercorns q.s.
  • salt q.s.
