Preparation
In a large pan, cook the lobsters in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes.
Prepare the white sauce with mushrooms that will accompany it. In a pan, over medium heat, melt and butter, add the flour and mix until it forms a paste.
Stir well and add little by little milk and white wine, in order to obtain a homogeneous cream.
Add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, let the sauce thicken and turn off.
With the lobsters cooked, continue preparing this recipe for lobster au gratin: remove, let the water drain and cut in half, in the longitudinal direction.
Place the lobsters on a baking sheet, with the meat facing up, and bathe with the white sauce.
Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake in the preheated oven at 200ºC for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is browned.
Serve hot and have a good appetite!
