Chilote gold liquor

All the ingredients are placed together in a glass pot for 8 days (in maceration), taking care to stir daily so that the sugar dissolves and all the ingredients are mixed. after the eighth day it is filtered and bottled.

Preparation

  • 1 lt raw milk
  • 1 lt warm boiled water
  • 1 lt 90 degree alcohol
  • 1 kg granulated sugar or in breads
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 10 cloves
  • 2 branch (s) vanilla
  • 1 pinch saffron
