Preparation

Sauté the pepper cut into strips in a low and wide casserole with the hot oil, add the garlic cut into small pieces and finally the tomato.
When the sauce is done, add the diced bacon and fry for a few minutes. then we add the small sausages.
Add the rice, fry for a few seconds, add the broth (2 measures for each rice) and add the salt when the rice begins to boil.
Let it cook for about 18 minutes, and once it is cooked, remove the casserole from the heat and let it rest uncovered for about 5 minutes before serving.
