Preparation

Peel the garlic cloves and step with salt. Chop the tomatoes, onion, cucumber and the pepper.
In a container, pour the oil, the oregano, cold water preferably with ice cubes and vinegar. Add the garlic cloves, the salt, the tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, peppers. Cut the bread into cubes and add.
Stir and serve very cold.
