Preparation

after cutting the artichokes into pieces, cook about 10 in salted water (pour the artichokes when the water is boiling).

prepare the sauce, brown the chopped onions in margarine or olive oil.

add white wine and tomatoes, then mushrooms, ham cut into pieces, parsley and tarragon.

season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

let it cook for 10 minutes.

pour the sauce over the well-drained artichokes and put in an oven dish.

bring to a gentle oven about 25 minutes.
