Preparation

Break the octopus into small pieces.

Break the peppers, chop the onions and tomatoes into small cubes.

Season with olive oil, lemon juice and parsley and mix well.

Break the avocado and cubes and add to the salad.

Serve cold and have a good appetite!

  • 1 medium cooked and cold octopus
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 2 purple onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 small avocados
  • Olive oil
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Chopped parsley
