Preparation
The squash is split into regular pieces and cooked in a little water, with the rapadura, the cinnamon, the crushed ginger and the peppers. cook until soft and has used up all the water.
Ingredients
- 1 seasoned squash,
- 1/2 cap of rapadura,
- 1 cinnamon stick,
- 1/2 inch ginger,
- 4 fat peppers.
