Preparation

In a pan pour water and cook the cod slices for 10 minutes.

Chop the onion and sauté in olive oil.

When brown, add the tomato, skinless and seedless and add the water where you pre-cooked the cod.

After boiling, add the rice, the cod that has since turned into chips and season with salt and pepper.

Place in a very hot oven (200º) to brown for 5 minutes

Decorate with lettuce, tomato slices, chopped hard-boiled eggs, peppers and olives.

  • 2 slices of sirloin cod
  • 3 cups of rice
  • 6 cups of water or cod stock
  • 1 large onion
  • 500 g of tomato oil q.s.
  • salt q.s.
  • freshly ground pepper q.s.
  • for the trim
  • 100 g of black olives
  • 1 lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 morrones peppers
