Preparation

Start by placing the salmon loin on a baking sheet.

Season with salt, pepper, juice, orange zest, garlic, and chives. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Place the asparagus around the salmon as well as the orange slices and drizzle with olive oil.

Take to a preheated oven at 190ºC for about 20 minutes, covered with aluminum.

Remove the aluminum and let it brown a little.
