Traditionally, this dish is made in a clay or iron pot, however, to make this delicacy you can use a normal pot.

Start by sautéing peppers, onions and garlic.

Then layer the potatoes, cod, onions, garlic, peppers until the ingredients are finished. Add the ripe tomatoes on top.

Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and white wine.

If you like you can add a sprig of mint

Let it cook for about 30 minutes.


Serve hot and sprinkle with chopped coriander. Enjoy your food!
