The chickpeas must soak in cold water the day before

The cod must be soaked from the previous day (changing the water every 6 hours) or buy cod already desalted.

Boil the cod in water for 12 minutes.

Remove and let drain well until cool.

Reserve the boiling water of the cod and cook the chickpeas in the cod water in a pressure cooker for 8 minutes, or in a normal pan for 25 minutes or until soft., But not undone.

Drain the chickpeas by separating the shells that will be loose.

Mix all ingredients and drizzle with olive oil.

All ingredients must be very dry so as not to add water.

Add the parsley, chopped garlic and chopped onion. Mix well with the cod and the grain and it's ready to serve
