Preparation
Cook the potatoes already peeled and cut into cubes and set aside.
Desalter the cod (leave it in the water overnight and change the water at least 3 times to remove the salt).
Place in a glass bowl and cook the chips in the microwave for 5 minutes and set aside.
In a bowl mix the cream, coconut milk, curry, mozzarella cheese, goronzola and herbs.
On a tray, place a layer of boiled potatoes, on top place the chips of cod and pour the sauce on top.
Season with salt to taste.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and gratin for 7 minutes in the oven.
Sprinkle with chives on top and serve.

- 1/2 kg of cod in splinters
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
