Preparation

Season the tuna bellies with garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Wrap well and let marinate for 1 to 1 hour and a half.

In a frying pan bring the oil and onions to the heat and sauté until the onion is translucent.

Add the tomato slices and let it fry. Stir occasionally.

Add the tuna steaks and fry on each side.

Add the white wine and cook for 3 minutes.

Serve on a platter and sprinkle with chopped parsley or cilantro and garnish with the olives.

  • 3 fresh tuna bellies (500gr)

  • 2 ripe tomatoes cut into slices

  • 1 Lemon
