Preparation

First soak the cod very well (at least 2 nights).

Dry the cod very well and then pass through wheat flour and fried in very hot oil with 2 rubberized garlic cloves.

Chop the onion, 2 cloves of garlic and bring to the heat in a pan with olive oil and browning oil.

After browning, mix the peeled tomatoes.

The part, in the frying pan that will serve, pour the onion on the bottom, place the cod, pour the other onion layer on top and the ham strips.

Put the puree around the skillet.

Cover with a little pickle and mayonnaise.

Decorate with strips of peppers (morrones) and olives and finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven.
It is served hot.
