Preparation

Season the steaks with a pinch of salt and pepper. Reserve.
Bring to the heat, in a frying pan, a drizzle of oil and the margarine until it melts.
Add the crushed garlic, bay leaf, mustard and, finally, the broth.
When the sauce is very hot, place the steaks to be fried.
Cut the bread in half and drizzle one part with the meat sauce. Place the steak on top and cover with the other half of bread.
Serve hot, with chips, salad or other side dishes to taste.

  • 1 teaspoon of margarine
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 beef steaks
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 small loaves, ball type
  • olive oil q.s.
  • bay leaf q.s.
  • salt and ground black pepper
