Preparation
You start by marinating the steaks in the adobe prepared with parsley, garlic and oil and salt for at least half an hour.
Get a clay pot or a heavy black iron pan with a suitable lid and put the 80 grams of olive oil to heat and add the 2 onions cut into rings. Place the marinated steaks on these, then cover with the potato slices, the peppers in strips, the tomato in thin slices, a tablespoon of chopped parsley and the two bay leaves, seasoning to taste.
If the bottom of the pan does not allow all the ingredients to be accommodated, make one or more layers.
bring to a simmer and add the 100 cc. of hot water.
cook covered until the steaks are tender together with all the vegetables ready.

- 1 kilo of lean meat cut into small steaks (rump, shoulder, buttock)
- 1 marinade made with a tablespoon of parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 100 cc. olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2 medium onions cut into rings
- 3/4 kilos of potatoes, peeled and cleaned, cut into thick slices
- 2 bell peppers cut into strips
- 2 ripe tomatoes cut into slices
- 2 bay leaves
- chopped parsley
- salt pepper
- 100 cc. hot water
