preparation of the dough:

- Crush the cookies with the sugar in the processor. add the melted and cold butter and process for a minute. Cover a medium round removable mold with this mixture, pressing with the bottom of a spoon. leave in the refrigerator.

preparation of the filling:

put the milk in a small bowl, sprinkle with the gelatin and leave until fluffy.

beat the eggs, cheese, gelatin, salt and vanilla with a mixer until well foamy.

add the dulce de leche and mix well. put the filling in the mold with the cookies.

cook in a bain-marie until solid but not dry, about 40 minutes.

let cool well before unmolding.

It can be decorated with whipped cream or chocolate coating.

  • 1 cup (about 100 gr) of sweet cookies
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • for the filling:
  • 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup (three heaping tablespoons) milk
  • 250 gr of cream cheese type Philadelphia
  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 heaping cup of dulce de leche (about 200 gr)
  • a teaspoon of vanilla essence
