Preparation
In a container, place the meat cut into pieces, season with salt and lemon and marinate for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the ingredients: cut the manioc, bananas and potatoes into cubes, chop the onion and grind the tomatoes.
Place the meat in a pan, add the onion, tomato and oil, bring to the heat and let it sauté a little.
Add the water, adjust the salt and boil until the meat is almost cooked. Add the cassava, bananas and potatoes.
Cook for 15 minutes. Then, put on a low heat and let the broth cook (approximately 15 minutes, depending on the amount of water).
