Preparation

Cut the chicken into pieces and season with crushed garlic cloves.

Insert all the ingredients in a clay bowl and season with salt and pepper. Cover the cup and place in a very hot oven (220 ° C) for about 45 minutes.
Uncover the bowl and let the chicken brown on the surface.

Serve with french fries or boiled potatoes and salad.
