Preparation

A chicken is completely boned.
With the lard, sauté the chicken. When browned, two cups of water are added. When the broth boils, add the rice and add the blood mixed with a little vinegar and salt.
Fill the chicken immediately with this filling, sew with a culinary thread so that the filling does not come out, grease it with a lot of fat and plenty of piri-piri until you cook.
Bake on the grill, in the oven or in a pan greased with fat.
