Preparation

1.After arranged, cook the chicken and its giblets in spiced salt water.
2. As soon as the chicken is well cooked, remove it from the pan and clean it from skins and bones, thus making it very frayed, cut the kids into small pieces.
3.Introduce the chicken and the kids in the cooking broth, add the rice and a little vinegar.

note:
this soup should be made with chicken raised at home, and its cooking time varies with the age of the chicken (older takes longer to cook). the water to be used for cooking also depends on the size of the chicken. otherwise, the result will be different.
