Preparation

the day before, the chickpeas are washed and left in cold water. the next day they are peeled, they are put to cook with the rib in boiling water until they are soft. the tomato and sweet pepper are peeled and the seeds removed. They are chopped into strips and a casserole is placed on the fire together with the peeled garlic and a slice of onion. When they are golden brown, add the chickpeas, the chili, the tomato, the rest of the chopped onion and the ribs. they are seasoned with salt and pepper and they are left in the fire until they are taken from the sauce. They should not be dry or too watery.
