Preparation

Bring the coconut milk to a boiling pan.
As soon as it boils, add the rice flour in the rain, always stirring with the wooden spoon so as not to get lumps.
Let it cook and season with salt.
This chima should be consistent.
Once ready, put it in a dish rinsed with cold water.
It is a good accompaniment to meat, fish etc.
