Preparation
Soak the raw beans in water for a few hours.
Then cook it in salted water, leave them firm. Drain the water and set aside.
Heat a large pan and fry the bacon until golden brown, add the pepperoni and fry some more.
Add the garlic, onion and pepper and let it fry a little, then add the dried meat and continue frying for a few more minutes.
Add the drained beans and leave a little more.
Add the chives and the chopped parsley and remove from the heat, add the boiled and chopped eggs and the flour. Mix well and set the salt.
Serve!

- 600 grams of cooked string beans
- 500 grams of desalted, cooked and shredded dried meat
- 200 grams of finely chopped bacon
- 1 smoked pepperoni sausage, minced
- 4 boiled and chopped eggs
- 6 cloves of medium garlic
- 2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 chili peppers, without seeds and chopped
- 2 cups chives and chopped green parsley
- 2 and ½ cups of biju-type cassava flour
- Salt to taste
