Preparation

Place the corn flakes in a bowl with a pinch of salt, and gradually add water until it is moist without excess, and let it hydrate for 15 minutes.
Fill the bottom of a couscous dish with water, put the pierced lid on and add the hydrated corn flakes and cook for 15 minutes. Reserve.
Bring a skillet to the fire with oil, add the eggs, onion, a pinch of salt, and mix lightly and add the cheese, mix well and set aside.
Fry the bacon in a frying pan, and when it is well fried, add the dried meat (cooked, desalted and shredded), mix well, add the couscous and margarine and wrap everything, add the scrambled eggs, and mix everything.
Sprinkle parsley and chopped chives on top and serve!
