Preparation

Mix ground beef with rice, onion, parsley, dill and egg. Form dumplings, pass in the wheat flour. In a large skillet, over high heat, boil the tomato juice mixed with the water. Lower the heat well, let it cook and add the butter. Carefully place the meat balls, cover the pan and let it cook, over low heat, for 45 minutes.
