Preparation
Put the finely chopped onion in a saucepan with the palm oil to sauté a little.
As soon as the onion softens a little, add the chopped tomatoes without skin or seeds to sauté.
In the meantime, wash the turnip very well and cook in water seasoned with salt. After cooking remove and drain.
The peanut is very well trodden in a mortar until it becomes porridge. Add the water and mix well.
Mix the turnip greens with the peanuts and the sautéed water.
Season with a little salt.
Bring it back to the boil and purify.
It is a good accompaniment to grilled meat or fish.
