remove two bars from the tablet and keep them. melt the rest of the chocolate, together with the butter, in a double boiler. beat the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a creamy mixture. add the melted chocolate and butter, the flour, previously mixed with the yeast, and the egg whites, stirring constantly. pour the preparation in a form greased with butter and sprinkled with flour and bake in the oven. in the meantime, prepare the icing by melting the remaining chocolate and the spoon of butter in a double boiler. once the cake is baked, let it cool and cover it with this cream.
