Colombian chicha

One pound of corn is softened, in plenty of water, for 2 days. drain and grind until very fine. Hot water is added to it and it is left to cool until the next day. Put it in a pot and let it boil a lot, mixing constantly and adding sour orange leaves and pieces of panela. When cold, add lemon, cloves and cinnamon sticks.
it is left to ferment for a few days in an earthenware container and is ready to drink.
