Hemingway Daiquiri

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a cooled coupe glass.
Decorate with a slice of lemon.

Preparation

  • 60 ml of white rum
  • 20 ml of lemon juice
  • 15 ml of simple syrup
  • 15 ml maraschino liqueur
