prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the package (wet with three tablespoons of cold water, then dissolve in half a cup of boiling water). mix the milk with the cream and the sugar. bring to the heat, stirring to the boiling point (do not boil). remove from heat, add dissolved gelatin, mixing well. put in a mold for pudding, or molds moistened with water, and refrigerate for 12 hours. unmold and serve with burnt sugar syrup or some fruit syrup.
