Preparation

1. Wash the cuttlefish well and season with chopped garlic, pepper, bay leaves and salt.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the cuttlefish with the marinade and let it fry over a low heat. Stir occasionally.
3. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve with diced french fries.

  • - 1 kg of cuttlefish
  • - 50 ml of olive oil
  • - 4 cloves of garlic
  • - 2 bay leaves
  • - Pepper (to taste)
  • - Coriander (to taste)
  • - Salt (to taste)
