Preparation

Start by seasoning the prawns with a little salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Leave reserve for 30 minutes.

In a frying pan put the oil or olive oil (as you prefer), the margarine, the chopped garlic cloves, the bay leaves and the piri-piri (spicy) and let it heat up very well.

When it is very hot, add the prawns and fry them while keeping the heat high.

When the prawns are fried, remove to a plate and let the sauce cook for another 3 minutes.
Serve by basting the shrimp with the sauce.

  • 300gr of medium shrimp without shell
  • Oil or olive oil

  • 4 cloves of garlic

  • 2 bay leaves
