Preparation

Open the shrimp in half, longitudinally, using a serrated knife.
Season with salt, pepper and spicy pepper and grill until pink.
Meanwhile, heat the butter with chopped garlic and add the juice of half a lime.

Serve on a plate and pour the sauce over the top.
Decorate with lime zest.
