Preparation

Start by washing the cuttlefish, keeping the ink.

Peel and wash the potatoes and cook.

On a charcoal grill or electric grill grill the cuttlefish.

While the cuttlefish are grilling, prepare a sauce with chopped garlic, chopped onion and chopped parsley. Season with plenty of oil.

When they are grilled, arrange on a platter, add the boiled potatoes and drizzle everything with the sauce you prepared.

Serve with tomato salad
