Open the live oysters with an opener or a sturdy knife with a good beak.

Be careful not to hurt yourself, the ideal is to use a resistant glove.

After opening the oysters, place a platter or dish with crushed ice and place the oysters on the ice.

Drizzle with lemon juice to taste.

When eating, sprinkle with fine salt.

Once opened, place them on a serving plate and cool them with the ice on top and turn me around, decorated with lemon, if you prefer you can add a little fine salt when serving.
