Dandelion Tea

The plant is very indicated for its detox and antioxidant action, helping in the detoxification of the organism. Preparation

  • 1 tablespoon of dandelion root.
  • 1 cup of boiling water.
  • Preparation mode:
  • Add to the boiling water in the cup with the dandelion root, cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
  • Strain and drink.

  • In case of gastrointestinal problems, take after meals.
