Preparation

Bring to a boil a pan of water and salt, bring to a boil, add the roe and cook until they are well cooked but firm. Drain and let cool.

Cut the onion into cubes; clean the seed peppers and also cut them into cubes; peel and chop the garlic clove; chop the parsley and the coriander.

In a bowl, mix the oil with the garlic, onion, peppers, coriander, parsley, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Add the roe cut into pieces, stir and rectify the seasonings. Decorate with black olives.

Serve cold and have a good appetite!

  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 1 sprig of coriander
  • Salt and black pepper q.s.
  • Black olives for garnish
