Preparation

wash the hare and soak in cold water for a few hours. then drain, cut into pieces (small) and season with salt, garlic cloves and pepper mass. move and let it stay that way overnight.
the next day it is fried in the lard over low heat, and the hare should be well done. the salt is rectified.
it is served with chips and salad.
