Preparation

Cut the fresh lobsters lengthwise.
The gut is removed and the antennae are cut.
The chopped garlic, salt, curry are mixed and the lobsters are seasoned (they are then seasoned for about 30 minutes).
Fry in a mixture of olive oil and very hot margarine.
Drizzle, if you like, with lemon juice.
Serve in a dish decorated with lemon quarters.

  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon full of curry
  • lemon
  • olive oil q.s.
  • margarine q.s.
