Preparation

Sauté the prawns in oil and onion, then add the coconut milk, the cheese sauce,
sour cream and finally, the pineapple pulp diced.

Assembly
Place the prawns inside the pineapple peel halves, and cover with mozzarella cheese.
And put it in a preheated oven at 180ºC to brown it or chop and serve.
Serve with pumpkin puree and plain rice.

  • 300 grams of shrimp fillet
  • 120 ml of coconut milk
  • 120 ml of cream
  • 120 ml of cheese sauce
  • 1 small onion
  • olive oil to taste
  • 1/2 pulp of diced pineapple
  • peel of 1 pineapple
