Preparation

Season the squid rings with pepper salt and lemon juice.
In a dish place 1 cup of wheat and two of corn starch.
Then pass the rings in this wheat mixture and fry in hot oil.
Drain on the napkin.
Serve with rosé sauce and lemon slices!
