filling

- cut the ham into strips and the cheese into cubes.
- lightly beat the eggs.
- mix the eggs with the cream, cream cheese, ham and cheese.
- add the grated cheese and season again if necessary.
- place the dough disc in a pan.
- fill with the ham and cheese mixture.
- Bake in a moderate oven until the surface is golden, about 40 minutes.
- remove and serve warm or cold.

  • cooked ham, 200 g.
  • buttery cheese, 300 g.
  • cream, 200 g.
  • eggs, 3
  • cream cheese, 100 g.
  • grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons
  • salt and black pepper to taste
