Preparation

sift the flour, form a small mound and add the egg yolks, water, a pinch of salt and margarine to the center. once the mixture is kneaded, let it rest and then roll out to form a large sheet.
then cut into squares or circles of 30 cm. Bake in a greased tin at 300ºC. remove once ready and let cool. Prepare four of these layers and between them, place a layer of manjarblanco with fresh or dried figs, another with crushed quince and again the manjarblanco with figs. You can also add nuts and other jams.
