Preparation

Pre-season the lamb with garlic, salt and wine and reserve for at least 2 hours

Start preparing this dish, making a bed for the lamb, in a pot.

Cut two onions, add diced tomatoes and peppers.

Cut the potatoes into slices and add to the bed.

We also add the lamb and add the seasonings.

Drizzle with white wine and a little water.

Add the mint on top of everything

Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Serve hot and have a good appetite!

  • 4 peeled garlic cloves
  • 1kg and 1/2 of potatoes
  • 1 kg of kid chops
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 2 dl of white wine
  • salt q.s.
  • paprika q.s.
  • cloves q.s.
  • parsley q.s.
  • mint
